The Mechanical Contractor I work for used to do Pressure Vessel maintenance and power piping at one of the DuPont’s here just outside of town… I built this little gem when we had about a month of down time for DuPont… unfortunately when that plant closed, they kept the smoker and took it to another plant on the other side of the state

No smoke box, that’s what the bottom tray that slides out is… for coals and wood. It’s 7’ long, no smoke box would have ever got the far end warm enough.
