I have mixed feelings about Arnie. Clearly he’s off the rails here; freedom is our highest and best value, and that is clearly exemplified in our legal and political systems. But nothing changes what Arnie accomplished.

And not that some of the stuff in this thread isn’t funny as Hell, but we should be mindful that we have a great diversity of members, here, and they are all valued.

Yeah being gay isn’t an issue. Gay 4 pay however or the dark side of bodybuilding is a topic lol. We have a pro bodybuilder member here that did gay for pay shit. He’s not active anymore but gets his emails lol.

People like Weider exploited bodybuilders. Back then they could get away with it. There’s a cool book called Muscle: Confessions of an Unlikely Bodybuilder by Samuel Wilson Fussell. You ever just want to read a story check that out. It’s about a guy back in 80s trying to make it and his move out to Venice beach from NY. Kinda sad but back then a lot happened that few want to talk about.
