Good to know. AZ is ridiculous! Prices are one thing. I need a much “smaller” property. Even The Envious spots In Colorado, 850,000 gets you something with a nice yard…not to mention these other states…The bottom is gonna fall out in some of these places. I was browsing in a border town and 252/per square foot. only 1200 sq foot “house” But Fuck!!! The crime is a weird subject…You have to really separate the types. KC is looking good. On paper. I might have 3 more travel contracts in me so I better chose wisely. I will probably “retire” to WV. I can here the Dueling Banjos! Id be a highly trained Nurse there even in Morgantown. I couldn’t Hang in Maine or MASS, Chicago!!! I rather spend my 60s pulling something foreign out of someones ASS! Go Home and sit o a porch!!!

YOU know you are a BBER…LIFTER…Meathead…WHEN My thinking is this, In Charlestown, for example 180K gets a real nice house…real Wood floors…whatever… I could build the best fuckin gym for myself and come out with the gym being bigger than the house. Maybe just buy a commercial spot and through a projector and a Cali king in there! Ill sell used training shorts and shirts from 2 pm -230 pm daily.
