Future Cycle Plans and Current Stats

I have done recomps until I got below 15 bf. Now it time to diet and workout and try and get bf down to 10percentish. Then go on a true bulk and put on as much muscle as possible then hopefully end up at 12 percent bf at 235. I think this will get me where I need to be rather then trying to lean out on cycle
 
I have a pretty strict diet already it’s just the caloric surplus and bulking up I’ve gained a little body fat along with the muscle. I have a very fast metabolism and can drop the fat easily but I know I will lose muscle too. So the purpose of this cycle was to preserve the muscle while leaning out. I don’t need compounds to make me lose fat just to preserve the muscle so if you don’t think mast is the right fit I’m open to other suggestions
 
Superdrol is known for retaining most muscle while on a cut. It even helps with the cut. It’s hard on the liver so two or three weeks tops is what I learned from my brothers here. Gotta take glutathione with it for the liver support. I take 1 ml glutathione a day when on any cycle. And the superD start at 20 mg per day and see how it feels. You can always up it 10 mg at a time to find your sweet spot. I take it two hours pwo helps take the aggressive edge off it. If I take it and miss my gym time cause kids or whatever I feel anxious. So for me it’s real important to make sure I get to the gym two hours after I take it.
 
You shouldn’t lose too much muscle going on shorter diets 1-2weeks at a time then going back to maintenance for a bit. If you lose a lot of “muscle” in a 1-2 week diet it wasn’t actually muscle anyway and was most likely water. Doesn’t sound like you plan anything too drastic for weigh lose goals. Your muscle loss concerns might be over blown. It might be different if you were planning to lose 20-30 pounds all at once.
 
I would take out the proviron as the mast will more than do the job.
I’d save the var for the last 7 weeks.
I’m not a fan of front loading anything including orals. Reason being is I like the drugs to build on my cycle. Let the injectables do their thing and the oral will be a boost in the middle.
 
I believe that could be achieved with only increasing test to 3mg/kg without any extra compounds needed. You’re not trying to cut down for a competition or anything. I agree with @Jonny on this one. This could be completed with test only without losing mass.

Now if you just want to run the compound I understand that. I’ve made that choice many times, did so with my current cycle. But won’t be choosing to run things just to run them moving forward. Trying to change mentality to thinking 20 years down the road, not just 20 weeks.
 
I’m a big fan of Masteron,EQ, tren,test and proviron. I have a bunch of dbol, anadrol, anavar and winny. Usually I’ll start with an oral and end the last 4-6 weeks with low dose of TREN and I’ve had good results.
 
That’s a good point. I’m probably just overthinking it from my natural days. I would bulk up a bit then lose the fat but in the process be basically where I started when all said and done. But I’ve probably also gained as much muscle in the last 6 months as I did in 3-4 years before that natural
 
Not to sound like a total douche but I wouldn’t consider your diet good with a BF of 15%. When I’m 15% I openly call my self a fat bastard. That being said, save the mast till your 10% or lower, add Proviron the entire cycle and if you get lean on diet alone save Var for the last 4-6 weeks. Unless you are at a huge deficit test and proviron should keep you from losing muscle. If you really think you need more help preventing muscle loss, primobolan would be my go to but buyer beware. Tons of fake primo lately. Just my 2 cents
 
No , you are not fat. My honest opinion, I’d spend the next five months trying to pack on some serious muscle before I worried about cutting down.
Focus on some good lean gains not shit weight from toxic compounds. Keep it simple, test with EQ or decca may be Tbol . Do some research and see what fits what your end goal is.
Also I may have missed it but how tall and how old are you?
 
I agree with @Kad1 focus on Long term gains before you worry about cutting down. Always cutting after a bulk will slow your progress way down. In one of my logs you can see a 5 years progress pic. I ate 5000 cals a day for most of that time. Sometimes I’m leaner than others but I didn’t do a for real cut until I had packed on more muscle.
