Future Cycle Plans and Current Stats

I’ve seen all your progress pics. A guy would think that on gear overnight there is a massive difference. But it’s not true. It still takes a lot of effort and discipline in the gym and on the dinner table. A guy just gets a little farther then normal that’s all. Honestly your journey being logged has helped me be motivated to stay the course. It’s a marathon not a sprint. I always thought it as a sprint. Also @Dirtnasty logs has also motivated me a lot. Especially the tarts diet!!😊😊

Bro I’m the same hight as you and hover around 175 180 lean and I look pretty fucking yolked for my size. I say cut your carbs strict protein diet and maybe a slight deficit and calories you also may be retaining a lot for water from estrogen. Make sure that’s in check, I get up to 186+ And i just look bloated. I weigh less at 175 but I have the same strength if not stronger. I throw up a couple pics for your reference

This is me at a weight averaging 173-179. We are the same hight. I also have to give some credit to TREN but I’m not suggesting you use it till your fell comfortable and have the experience to use it safely
 
I hold a lot of weight in my legs which is not visible here. My arms are also a weak point which is more showing in this picture. At the end of the day genetics are going to play the biggest part in how any of us look. While you may look yoked at that weight I didn’t and never will which is why I have been putting in all of this work to pack on size
 
On gear and the right diet you can have good arm development as well. Just have to find the right hypertrophy workout that’s good for you. Remember triceps are 70 percent of the arm. And shoulders will extenuate the biceps. Like an illusion. Biceps are
