Since someone breathed some life into this thread it caught my eye. Gotta ask out of curiosity does your estrogen sit pretty like that all by itself or did you use an AI @NeuroRN
Please brother breathe life into any thread were always looking to update and talk about past posts. Information can change and we have some time under our belt so the way things are done now could be very different which I even had a member remind me about my post on how to run a first cycle. Wrote it 6yrs ago and it was already out of date.
Also tag members in like @Bigmurph so that it sends them a direct notification
You’re @NeuroRN obviously gifted with having a body that doesn’t aromatize everything and it’s brother into estrogen. I have to even run Adex 1mg twice a week on TRT just to keep me around 25-30 e2.
Haven’t tried exemestane yet, because I have the Adex prescribed by Dr. and have just pretty much dialed that in and gotten used to it, even on blast.
Hey man. Whatever works and whatever you respond to best. I also don’t run high doses of test. 400mgs if I’m feeling crazy. My usual blast is 300-350 somewhere in there. I’m sure I’d require more AI support if I was blasting 500-700.
That’s a good point on running more AI or AI period with blasting more Test. I run 240 for TRT, which is what I was out on due to low overall Test. Maybe one day my body will get used to it like when I was 20 and require less or no AI on TRT. I’m 45 now, so fingers crossed.
I’m three weeks no proviron and do notice tht my nipples get a bit more sensitive so I’m doing 12.5 xtane e3d. We shall see what happens in 3 weeks when I get that masteron in me
Before I got bloods only eq cycle I was on schedule like I would be pinning now I wait till the sides are to a point where I know estronis high. My face was so fat last night and nipples were all sorts of sensitive. Like I had just gotten out of salt water. So I made it 4 days no ai took and 2am and I feel greatright now
Becareful on set gyno is dangerous brother I would bring down your estrogen a bit high and low estrogen effects the cardiovascular system negatively.
If you get blood work you can actually dial it in to where you want it to not get gyno and also be heart healthy
