Getting nervous about my order

I have two orders I placed with @Steroidify_Rep @Steroidify. The bigger order I placed first and the tracking shows it’s still in CENSORED Which is fine I get that Covid is causing this…but the second order I placed 4 days later was in CENSORED is now in my state of CENSORED Which just makes me nervous if they might have seized the first big order, or maybe I’m just panicking and it just hasn’t updated. I know @Steroidify has a 100% success rate but can anyone shed light on this?

CENSORED is taking forever, and I have seen packages sit there for a month before moving.

There is a number you can call and inquire about packages, not sure I would, just for safety reasons, but I have seen it work to get the package moving before.

I made an order with a source on here not related to yours and I had 2 shipments 1 sent 2 days prior to the second. I received the second order first and the package left the facility 3 days later. Covid is taking a huge hit on the carrier services as timing and delays are horrendous.

Give it a change and breathe my 2 day prime has been take 4-5 days!

Hi.

We’re definitely seeing unusual behavior, both from countries where we have warehouses, just as from local customs in the US.

Fortunately, the 2 warehouses that had most delays for the past two months seem to be getting back to normal.

Packs sitting in CENSORED and other parts of the US has been mentioned by a few customers for the past two weeks or so. They usually are delivered with no problems besides the delays.

Steroidify has always had a reship/refund policy of 30 days from shipping date. During the pandemic, we’re using 60 days because things are crazy everywhere.

Also, please notice that some trackings are not making any sense. Sometimes they are updated only after package is delivered.

We wish we could know more, do more, but it’s really out of our control.

During normal times 98% of our packages are delivered in time, but these are not normal times.

You guys can always ask for more info to my colleagues from customer service by using the “contact us” link on our site. Guys are pretty busy, but they’ll answer every ticket in timely fashion.

I had to put in Inquiry the other day about cialis and caber shipment that didn’t update for 5 days. Two days later boom at door

Took me a few months to get my order from them. My first order got seized, so I had to wait till I got the letter and send it to CS. Once they had it they reshipped immediately. @Steroidify did everything they could to make it right. Great CS, just wish they had a dedicated domestic base.

All tracking is sketchy, even in the states. I just try to be patient and keep track of when it was ordered and after the 30 days contact them, which has only been once. They reshipped and I received it with no problems.
