What's Up Gents:

Im starting this log to help out US-Pharmacies as well as myself. So far, in talking with them at great length, they have proven to be very knowledge about gear and how it all interactions with the body - based on my goals of course. And without disclosing to them that i have consulted with multiple doctors about my plan - one of which is very internet famous .. US-Pharm came up with very similar ideas for me and had very similar points of view.

Some context here: I can afford to buy whatever i need, and I do very comprehensive bloodwork every 4-6 weeks. I say that for this reason: I am not doing this for free shit. I am doing it for me to keep me accountable to something and keep track. I tend to suck at that piece. The free stuff is just icing. I hope that clears up some motive questions before they ever begin.

Back Story: I have been dialing in a TRT protocol that i feel checks all the boxes THAT I WANT for a little over year. Trying different frequency injections, different add-ons, different esters. etc etc etc. There have been pros and cons over this journey with different pieces. I will lay out some them here in a sec and I will moderately brief. Thats your notice to skip ahead if you dont care about context. ALSO: there is a small piece of me that hope this log will find the right person somewhere down the line that has struggled with some of my same issues and this helps them just a little bit.

I have just recently switched from daily test prop injections of 40mg per day with 50mg of proviron per day. My test levels toggled around 1500 and e2 around 70.
I like my estrogen to be at the top of the range - I do not have negative side effects here, and I like what estrogen does for me. ( not looking to debate that topic ). i tried this same protocol with a 100mg per day of proviron and my test shoot to over 2k and my e2 over 100. Although i had no real side effects to speak of and i felt pretty darn good mentally I did have some sexual side effects that were irritating in regards to climax and i began to notice pressure during urination. So this was a good experiment to know a few things about me - which is what I have been doing for the past year plus. So I reset back to the baseline above.

I have recently switched to daily Test Cyp at 30mg along with the prov still at 50mg. I recently completed bloods to see if things have dropped back to the previous baseline - mentioned above. Lowering test dose will lower my e2 obviously and that is the current goal . How much?? = TBD !

The new addition will be 20mg of Mast E daily along with the Test Cyp. The goal here is for mast to due all of the wonderful that it does ( this will not be a Mast debate thread - if you dont like it please just move on ). Additionally the goal will be to keep e2 just near the top for all its benefits and be controlled by test dose - which can and will be adjusted as needed. Proviron does great things for me mentally - I love DHT in that regard. I have not had the libido boost on proviron that other people claim. Just a side note. That would be great though if it ever happened.

Through the foreseeable future of this log i wlll be eating at a slight deficit and focusing leaning out. Once the target look has been achieved, i will maintenance briefly before moving to very slight surplus whereby I am only gaining a couple of pounds per month - lean gains. Through all of this is where the Mast should shine.
-- Should the mast not shine as well as hoped or if e2 cannot be controlled as hoped, primo will be added or replace the mast for new version of this plan.

Some short details. I am an athlete ( will can say MMA, BJJ, or Judo - its one of those, or all ). I am an avid lifter for MANY years. I am not a young buck nor a boomer. That is as specific as i am going to get on the internet.
My goals are to be super physiological and fucking awesome. Have mental sharpness and all around awesome feelings all the time. If I can get a libido that rivals a teenager - I'll take it. lol. Once I find the sweet spot of all this and where my bloods are stable - then i will be running the same plan for the long haul .

PS: I have a brother - just slightly older. Currently same weight and BF and goals. He will be doing the same protocol sans proviron and he and I will be comparing notes. He will be making a log here as well and I will probably mention him more than a few times here in my log.

I cannot think of what else to say at the moment. Anyone that has any questions, feel free to fire away. I will get some blood work numbers posted here soon. and then add them more as I go.

Update:
my test levels, prior to beginning the mast, after being on daily test cyp 30mg, and after dropping the prov down to 50mg per day came back at 1400. E2 ultra didnt show up yet. but it should be down as well.

The daily mast begun right after i did this last blood work and is underway. Next bloods in 5 weeks ish. I will report more later when I know everything is saturated in my system and not have and Placebo fun. haha.
 
Update:
I am getting ready for my first blood work after beginning this new program.

I have been leaning out - ever so slight deficit in calories here and there, then a cheat day to make up for it. haha. So, no, i am not yet following a precise and measured / prepped meal plan. I did not want to yet since this is a long term play. I wanted to keep things as they were prior to these new compound. And with that, heres how I feel : By dropping a few pounds and leaning out a bit , roughly about a .5% of BF according to the inbody machine, I still feel pretty muscular and my arms are holding size. i do not feel small or little like usual when I used to diet down or cut up. my face was the only thing that got a little noticeably lean these past few weeks. Veins are creeping up my legs more over the past two weeks. Thats been fun to see happen again.
So far so good. We will see what all the blood work says.
 
Small Update: I feel that strength and intensity increasing. Is this placebo, or is it real ?
Well, I haven't really changed my diet at all, workouts are at the same time everyday. Stress is relatively the same.

Its like these random waves during my workouts where my body just says - lets fucking do more & go harder. Im getting sore again after my lifts, which is a great feeling.
If this keeps up, i feel like things will be getting very good !

Tomorrow i am going to hit the inbody again. Which i do roughly every 4 weeks. Whether you like those machines or not is irrelevant. I use the same machine each time for consistency. So even the machines suck overall, im tracking demonstrable progress with controlled variables.
 
For anyone new that ever comes across this. I am not trying to blast and cruise or run any type hardcore cycle. I am not bulking, dirtry bulking, or cutting in a significant way. I am looking to run enough gear to absolutely fucking optimized to my best degree while maintaining stellar bloodwork.
I am looking to keep my test just high enough keep my estrogen at the top of the range to get the most igf conversion. Plus, I like higher estrogen for the feel goods of it.
If I need to lower test more, i will be making that up with Mast unless that becomes a problem on lipids or other markers. NO AIs are being used here. Should that need arise, we will use other modalities.

i am already wanting to up the mast based on some things that I am feeling and seeing. haha. but I will stay the course.
 
Test c and mast e is pretty much my constant intake… I will swap out the mast for proviron(sp) occasionally. I will also add in sdrol pwo occasionally and/or hgh 5x a week.

inboday machines are those digital wannabe dexa machines. the do your weight, body fat, approximation of muscle mass etc. I dont expect them to be supremely accurate, but by using the exact same machine each time and watching a given stat drop ( like BF ) then I know im trending in the right direction. Which is the current goal.

Im tyring to lose BF, with as little weight as possible - and im fine with slow. Short Reason - i have a gut issue called SIBO - that i planned on getting into later in my thread. So tailoring my diet has been problematic. My nutrition coach has been helping along as we see what foods I an handle and what I cannot.
--- We shall see if i get that topic or not In this thread, or if i need to start a new one elsewhere on this board and join this family in a different way - SINCE apparently I am not posting enough for the likes of US-PHARM and our arrangement and may not want to continue this LONG TERM plan.

hell yeah, thats great to know. I may have a lot to discuss with you as I go down this road. Im actually currently running 50mg proviron a day with my cycle. Any reason why you dont do the same ?
I got into the Proviron for the strong anti depressive affects it has over even that of test - the SIBO knocked me on my fucking ass HARD, and the road back was, is, rough as hell !!! I get a good mental boost from it i feel. of course the other side effects are great too: im vascular as FUUUCKKK!!! I love that. get compliments in gym from the HUGE guys.

I was supposed to start the addition of HGH sometime around the 6 - 8 week mark of this new protocol. I plan to go really so though. Ive been around the block a few times and have learned that I am super sensitive to gh, my hands go numb fast - even at 4iu a day. So i plan to start at 1, then go up to 2 ( splt dosed ). Monitor the sides as best as i can and see how much I can go up to .

but hell, im open to suggestions and opinions.
 
Proviron at 10mgs is enough for me along with cyp. Anything higher and I don’t feel good at all. It also gives me slight anger issues… 10 mg prov of all things!!! I have never paired cyp mast with prov. Probably will not cuz im scart (scared). Hahaha

Im exactly like you with the gh. 4 and above daily and my already mauged up hands/fingers are toast. 2 or 3 is the sweet spot for me. That’s taking a couple of days off a week. The higher the grade gh the worse the sides.

Right now it’s just tcyp and mast e. I’ve got a bit of age on me and some ongoing medical issues I have to be cognizant of.

I will probably add sdrol back in pwo mid November or so.
 
shit, talk about being scart, i'm not touching sdrol. lol. wish i could though. MAYBE after 6-8 months on this new protocol and get really dialed in the way i want to.

TRUE on that gh quality. FOR SURE !!! even after being off gh completely for 2 years now, My hands still go numb after being in the wrong position to long.
 
OK my gentlegiants. I am returning after a very long work hiatus where cell service was limited AF.

US pharm and I had a really long chat via email over the course of many days and we have decided to proceed with my protocol and long term plan where i will be tracking every thing here. I will get into my diet ( which isn't that fancy ), and i will get into my usage and doses, and at some point I am going to go deep into back story where I talk my guy issues ( SIBO ) which fucked me and changed me forever and set me on the path that I am now - which is also why I only change one thing at a time and monitor the results and test where needed where applicable .

Some updates: Quest fucked up my last blood panel ( go figure ) and then I had to wait until i got back to homebase to get over to lab corp for the new one. So, this is beyond my normal 8 week max to get bloods done, but nothing has changed since my last draw with quest, so we will see whats what and I will get those updates on here.

So lets dive into some more updates that i have noticed physically:
I am definitely getting leaner and stronger. And I must 100% attribute this to the Mast as I have done this before on test alone, and test/prov, and the results were not like this. I track my workouts diligently to be sure of these facts EG: more reps and/or more weights.
My bodyfat is visibly down as well ( weight is not changing !! ). Things are very noticeable; the veins are coming through in the lower ab area and and they are on the creep up my inner thigh.

So far my protocol has been great, to say the least. Gym focus is on point and the strength is there when i need it. And i'm "feeling It" i def have more than I used to.

Nothing has changed with my diet, it is still the same as it has been since i started this. I eat good 90 -95 % of the week and fuck off one night of the week. And sometimes an additional partial fuck off meal depending on work meetings at restaurants.

I will be adding in a small amount of GH soon, and this will be ongoing so long as i dont get numb hands like i have in the past. I cant deal with that shit.
