Small Update:
Weight has been holding at 200. never below 198. Sometimes a bounce up to 203 ish after cheats. Veins are still on the creep through the stomach and legs. I have been avoiding the BF reading on the InBody machine so that I will be more impressed and happy when i see the next read out .
I have been testing out higher weight loads on different exercises - which i really havent done in years. Man, I appear to be handling it way better than I expected. Other than creaks and pains for my age after wards. lol. - thats me referring to legs today.
So yeah, Strength is UP, Veins are up, Confidence is up, Weight has been steady for a while now. Diet is unchanged.
