Going back to donate again

So I went to donate blood yesterday, and realized I was running late, so I got everybody up and ready and drank my coffee and ran out the door… got to my appointment…BP was fine everything checked out then comes the pulse rate. Because I was in such a rush and just had a strong cup of coffee my pulse was too high… they gave me 5 minutes and it went down just not enough, so I was exempt for the day! So they rescheduled me for today about 30 minutes after I get out of work! So im hoping today goes by fast at work but little to no stress, and now i’l actually have a good amount of proper food in me, and plenty of proper fluids not just coffee!

Damn that sucks to show up and then be told to come back tomorrow lol
It would be one thing if you were just trying to donate but you’re trying to get an oil change and they bumped your appointment.
I hope it works out today
