Don’t know what I’m training today… making azz wider and gut bigger…
 
Trained back and rear delts. Having the usual protein shake and banana. Thinking about making an omelette with Canadian bacon and peppers
 
6 eggs hb
Big ass double cheeseburger and fries from Hardee’s and still pondering what I’m going to eat for lunch.
No working out today.

Ready to end 48 hour fast!!! Just did half hour cardio now working quads and calves. Gonna go home have a handful of almonds then wait another short while and have tuna steak and rice and salad.
 
I’m almost two weeks with out and no jerking so right now a crisp breeze might do wonders for me
 
I mean this isn’t by choice but my shit seems almost healed I have antibiotics coming Friday just in case it’s trich reinfect I’ll take to knock that out and then maybe jerk next week and hope all Good hybbday weekend to try and pick somebody up. If not I’m just going to tell the trainer chick that we should bang it out after her show while eating pizza
