Looked at a couple of them. I did check out the German Volume thing. There are a lot of mixed reviews on it. Some say it’s too much volume that it impedes muscle growth the reps go past the point of maximizing growth. I don’t know if that is true with being on a cycle or not because we recover faster and better then natural guys. The DC scares me a little simply because I am in a competition now and don’t wanna risk getting injured this close to the end only have seven weeks left. That site you recommended has a lot of information to process but i already like their giant set routine under tension. I may go with that. It’s not nearly as much volume as the German training as they do 10x10. This is 4x6 mostly with four or more exercises of same muscle group with ten seconds rest between each set the two minutes rest and repeat. Also 4 seconds on the downside of each rep under tension. I truly believe if I can find the right weight for this routine I’ll break my plateau I’m stuck in right now.
Went and did some elliptical work this morning and hit some chest before going to work tonight. 3 eggs milk egg whites and some casein. Then just ate top round broccoli and rice
