So I’m thankful for another day,my wife,kid,and my dogs.Also I’m thankful for the massive amount of knowledge I’ve learned here,and the camraderie here.
Breakfast was chobani,chocolate R1 shake,bananna,two pieces toast with homemade strawberry jam,water.Drank 1 cup of coffee like a hour ago,having another now and gonna do lats,and forearms.
