Also. I do so much better in the gym with good carbs. But again everyone is different
 
Yeah I understand, we make SOS sometimes, shit on a shingle,is what my dad called it growing up, and I tried to get my kid to call it that and she will NOT say the word shit
 
I use to think that, having my carbs double my protein Intake,still didn’t help my gain,so now I’m having my protein higher then my carbs
 
I’ve been over a week straight, with waking up eating blueberry frosted pack, as of last night, cherry frosted are back in the rotation,then cinnamon frosted will start the next week.
