Good morning,diets and lifting today

Lets hear it boys…I just got done doin forearms,not sure if I’m gonna do anything later.Im about to eat breakfast which will be,water,coffee,raisin bran crunch,oikos,cherry frosted poptarts.Around 9 I will do a few pieces of toast homemade strawberry jam,and vanilla protein shake.
 
Just at breakfast sandwich 3 slices of bacon an egg and two slices of cheese. Then 2 eggs in side with glass of milk hope it makes me sleep better than the cereal was doing
 
Usual breakfast, eggs, egg whites, tortillas, breakfast sausage, scorpion pepper salsa… going to train shoulders and weak points tonight. Food later in the day will be 300 g jasmin rice (cooked) split between 2 meals, 6 oz 93/7 beef, black beans and corn for one meal, 6 oz chicken, 12 asparagus for another meal. Not sure what post workout yet, then before bed will be 1/2 cup dry oats, 3 egg whites, 34 g whey, 1/2 tbsp Nutella and Natty PB… mixed up it tastes like a chocolate PB oatmeal cookie
 
Breakfast is a Greek yogurt parfait with peanut butter, strawberries and granola. Topped with some chocolate donut flavor god.

On the docket for training today is week 3 of meso 2, glute focused lower body day. This one is always tough but invigorating!

Protein shake. Banana. Mango OJ. Turkey sausage, eggs and buttermilk biscuit. A plethora of vitamins/supplements.
Started a volume program for training. 4 different exercises, 3 sets. 20 Reps. Log, if I complete the reps I annotate on my log, and next time increase 5 pound or 10 depending how easy I can complete the tasks. Example. Chest day flat, incline, decline and machine flys. Each muscle group I do the same. This way I can change up different exercises like to keep it interesting. 😁
 
Yes. After I do these I’m done. The goal is the last set you should be struggling to get the last rep. If you do make it. Up the weights.
I am doing chest. Back. Arms. Shoulders. Legs. For my old ass, doing one muscle group is more than enough for the day. The only caveat is arms. I do 3 exercises for bis. And 3 exercises for tris. Same volume tho.
I am gassed at the end of the routine. It takes me about an hour and 15 min to complete each routine.
I am running this for 2 weeks. Then 3rd week I will do intensity training. Repeat.

I imagine. An hour and fifteen minutes is pretty quick for all that.

Interesting stuff. If you could, maybe post back in a couple of months with a critique of the program.
 
Hey @TBU what is your daily tren ace dose, I was doing 50mg a day but I started getting a little agrresive so I decided it was best to do 25 mg tren and 25mg npp and see how that treats me. I was curious what works for you. I’m on week 8 on my cycle an feel ferocious lol not safe. I’m getting excellent results but it’s not worth it on an emotional level. I’m managing well but I don’t want to push it.

I can start a new thread if you guys want for the newcomer and what not, but I figured I’d shoot you a quick question in anything goes category was Kool.
