Breakfast was,can a tuna with hot sauce,R1 shake,grapes,3 pieces a toast with homemade strawberry jam.No work today,so my dad I are gonna make,a few dump runs,and check our cameras at our stands.Doin 4arms and traps later.Hope everyone has a great day,be positive and thankful for the things in your life.
 
Yooooo, what’s up boys? I know you all missed me but I’m back. Had a shitty last month but all is good.
Ate my face off yesterday so was trying to be good today. I hit a chubby 215 as of yesterday. Waaaaaayyyy too fat

So tren ace for four weeks at 400mg/wk, huh? Long enough to put on size, but not so long as to give you sides. Size, but not sides. I like that.
 
I had no physical sides. Not sure how it hit my lipids though. Did have some mild muscle cramps
