Hmmm it seems I have forgotten about English muffs,I will have to acquire some
 
Hit arms this morning. 4 eggs, a quest peanut butter chocolate protein bar, and 6 ounces of pork chop lol. Really need to stop eat the protein bars every morning :person_facepalming:t3:🤣🤣

Ctc for breakfast now doig. Dead’s also had 100mg test suspension. Will probably never get water base again or if I do get 23 g needles to use for it. Have to really push hard to get through 25 g

Pull day today

Yesterday was push day. Old injury is coming back. In high school I tore my left rotator cuff, every now and then it gets super aggravated and now is one of those times. Of course it’s during my bulk where I’m trying to throw on more size. Sucks as once it starts to tense up/hurt, it’s just debilitating and pretty much the workout comes to a end
 
If you’re using barbells for exercises. Switch to dumbbells for a couple months. Every time my left rotator starts acting up I go to dumbbells. Helps a lot with overtraining issues too. For me anyways.
 
I used to just do like a active warm up, like just very very light weight of the movement I’m doing, but it’s just not cutting it. Luckily there no lasting pain. Like today it moves around no issues or pain whatsoever
 
For me lots of “prehab “ movements seems to work along with a deload week where i go in and do the limited movements with light weight to pump fluids around.

That has served me well the past couple of years.
 
My right shoulder hurts to,but I just do it anyway,cause I’m dumb like that…0311
