Good morning everyone,diets and training time

Going to be hot as fuck again today, surface of the sun in a boiler room, luckily the boilers are down for a plant shutdown… replacing 10” gate valves on 325 degree water system… valves weigh about 400
Lbs a piece, so it will be fun to say the least… as far as food, I’ll force feed myself 246 g egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 sausage, 2 flour tortilla at 0930, 6 oz chicken thigh, 150 g sweet potato, 100 g mixed black beans and corn at 1200, 6 oz sirloin, 120 g jasmine rice, 100 g mixed corn and black beans @ 1530 and probably at least 2 gallons of
Water

That’s the same at powerhouses bud… they’ll take apprentice welders that can pass the gate test and qualifiers and pay them scale.
 
Good fucking morning! Breakfast 2hard boiled eggs 6 grams protein each, 2 breakfast burritos 10g protein each, fistful of air fried potatoes. Still hungry and getting big again.

Today we are working out legs and back and abs.
 
Hmmm and I thought my breakfasts were odd,however I could always go for cheesecake, yum yum in my tum tum
 
Two days now intermittently fasting. Yesterday I couldn’t get the calories or protein needed to stay up on current program. Was 600 calories short and 50 grams protein short. Puts me at 3200 calls and 320 grams protein instead of 3800 and 380. I know bad math. But you get the picture. See how I finish today
 
Does this look correct. I put in 18 for bf and heavy for exercise cause between workouts and job I get a shit ton of exercise.

I guess. That’s a lot of calories. Beyond my scope. Maybe some of the knowledge will ring in…
 
I dont understand these things,how do you know what your burning off,and how fast? You could be busy all day,and if your metabolism is slow,your not burning what you think you may be buring
