I wanted to lose weight i dont feel healthy at 260lb, i will get to 240lb and maintain for awhile. Then decide if i want to stay there or move out. I havent decided if i want to compete at 242 or 275 yet.
Feeling great and starting to feel healthy again. It’s been home cooked food now for day and half. Already feeling the difference health and energy wise
Its amazing feeling the difference I remember when I first started to drop my weight and I cut out all fast food I felt so much better after that garbage cleared my system I actually feel sick after I eat fast food now its just not a good taste to me anymore when at one point it was almost a drug to me smh
