Good morning good morning. On my 4th day of vacation. Been on the see for like 4 hours. Ate a bit of bread with some taxini. Missed the Greek sea hope in all doing well
 
2800 calorie
Egg white 400g for breakfast with 2 kiwi
Ground turkey breast with beans and spices for lunch with carrots and sugar snap peas
12 oz bottom round steak with white rice preworkout
Yogurt with berries post workout
 
Yeah i weigh around 245lb right now, i diet good durong the work week but on the weekend i usually go off.
200mg test e per week and 900mg inj. Carnitine 5 days per week and 25mg anavar preworkout only right now.
 
What’s goal weight. Do you plan on competing on lower weight class in future?
 
Not much more weight loss, maybe 5-10lb. Thinking of competing in end of march. Not sure on weight class probably will still be in 275, as i feel like shit dieting
