Grapefruit sized hematoma

So about ten days ago I injected my own butt and hit one of those hard golf ball sized spots from pip. Then it got bigger and harder then I fell on it and it popped My butt got black and blue over night. I went in to the ER. They did a cat scan and said it is just a huge hematoma and will take months to go away. Today I went in to the docs cause the bruise has moved down my leg and the grapefruit in my butt is regular skin color now. Butt the grapefruit is still there and hasn’t gotten smaller. They injected it with an 18 gauge needle to get a sample and make sure it isn’t infected. It was just blood. Pretty exciting stuff @NeuroRN when I wear shorts it looks like one side of my ass is a lot bigger
