Ha ha nice… I can feel your enthusiasm, so with that being said,fucking stick with buddy, I should message you more and be up your sss about keepin up with the routine
 
Slowly getting back in mg gym had two light work out times already actually 3. So glad my buddies come to work out its been very awesome to get me in the mode. I am feeling muscle soreness from work out…such a welcoming feeling…and i am going to start up my meal prep…what motivating me for that is that my buddy i work with is one of those who doesn’t get it…knows i would not ever rn do carry outs from any restaurants…he insists every work day to do some kind of carry out. Though i have expressed my concerns /hesitations…when restaurants closed for dinning in he actually was looking for some that still allowed… unfortunately someone like that would have to end up on a hospital bed before he gets it…so i will be fixing my own food so i can further limit the possibility of getting ill from this thing. I hope u all are doing well and staying safe

Woohooo! First time back on cardio in almost a year…did 30 mins on the cross ramp…i only stopped because i didn’t want to push it with lower back and hips etc… and a buddy was on his way to work out…i finished JUUST as he walked in the door…well i had tried to upload pics…some how my new phone samsung s10+ is saving photos as heic files . So gotta figure that out but . So…i paid for if though actually…i started this posting last night at 8 30…and when the photos wouldn’t upload…i just closed out and was busy with buddies over and now here i am this am…so it hurt like hell all night…but some how moving a lil better this am…still a little sore in my joints but will see as the days progress and i do more.
 
Ok so…any advice? My buddy was at my gym and i was bussy doing stuff upstairs when he came and got me to spot him…i am like dude u are a beast! U dont get a mini to tow a semi!.
But any ways …

He also told me he benched 315…13 times prior…

And now he is going to do one to two reps heavy

So the next set…he did two i was like ok cool…then he said should i go up? I said well u just did 315 13 times…i would be careful man…u already way fatigued…going to single reps heavy to max is risky…

So he said… i really feel i can do it…i said no doubt maybe 1?

So he did it …

He is like i am feeling 385…i was like ok…but i wouldn’t go any more…your muscles are fatigued and u dont want to risk injury…

So he said ok just trying for one…ok…so he did it…struggled it up but it was all him…he did it…

I thought he was done…then he says…i am really feeling like one more…405…what do u think…

I said absolutely not…

He said i really feel it i just wanna hit it once u know? I said no…385 is awesome dude…u did 315 13 times! And got up to 385. Its better to walk away and live to fight again another day…

Based on all u did i know u can do it…just not today…never a good idea to do so many sets and do a heavy 13 times and go at your absolute max after two prior heavier jumps at 1 to 2 reps…bad mix…

But he was edging so i said…ooo…kaaaay…

So he lifted it of…went down to come up…

He barely got it up 2 inches he dropped the weight on him…rolled it off him like it was plastic weights…i was panicked and was…wtf!!! At the same time…that weight he rolled off him like it was fake…but apparently hd said he felt something pop
.like an electric shock in his right peck on the side

So later the next day …it looked like this…

Then it got more bruised the next day…the first day he couldn’t move his arm much…as the day progressed the next day some movement…the day after…more and the day he came for legs a couple days ago…descent range…like 60% with some difficulty but much better

Then he got the mri that i bugged him to get and this is all he sent for me to see…

He is freaking out cus he doesnt want to have to do surgery

And he is really messed up on not being able to work out…

Any help or advice would help

I wanted the whole report so i can see whats up but he is soo all over the place about this i barely got those images and u cant tell much…so maybe some of you may be familiar?

So as of this Monday…while at this time of things it will be extremely tough cus i can’t afford to be in added pain and or get knocked down in extra recovery time cus i am waaay behind on my agendas…i really need to start…so as of Monday i will be starting cardio…daily or every other day depending on pain/recovery time…

I am desperate…

I have been lifting some weight with buddy that comes over…but hardly enough because of my limited abilities right now during…

I am going to be in tons of pain…i will suffer…but each time …as the few attempts before… The pain threshold gets further and further out…to almost gone

My activities might be limited for a minute as far as lifting because my mind is just tired from soo many direction …my motivation…my stamina…just way down…but these guys that have been coming to my gym look soo awesome…it puts the thought in my mind just about every day…

So i have to just jump right in and do my best…

And work my way back up…

I know i will feel waay better…

I will always keep trying…i will get there…just taking HELL longer than i initially anticipated when i first came on here…that was my first attempt and i was doing so great…was suppose to only be a year tops…here i am damn near 4 years later 😞😞

Hey buddy. Sounds good glad your gettin back with it.Having the desire to not Just say fuck it should go a long way… I remember when you use to post all the cardio pics off the treadmill you have(or whatever the fuck it was) and I would laugh cause I don’t do cardio,well not on purpose anyways, but it still showed your dedication, so with that being said, get to motherfucker, and of course it has to be said, Fuck cardio.
 
Agree! I’ve done it both ways. 1) do biceps during back day; and 2) do triceps on chest day. For both I usually did them at the end after the major muscle groups. However, if schedule permits, I found the overall volume by doing this was sometimes too much so I dedicated a day just for arms towards the end of the week, at least a couple days after chest and back. I like the separate day as I can focus more on bi/tri if that’s all I’m working that day. Just my 0.02.
 
😆😆😆 I had no clue you were here for all that before:sweat_smile:… I do that to boost accountability… so I figure I have from now to the end of June to show progress I will take before pics but I will not show them until the end of June and throw them in the form of progress from now till is end of June.

I did have a slight delay in my starting expectation only because I did not want to do cardio first thing in the day because I know I would be suffering after I do it who did not want to lose a whole day laying down for recovering for most of the day… so I decided as I did in the past was do it later after 8pm so that after I’m done I just go lay down under my electrotherapy machine and by the morning after 10 usually I have am recovered pretty decently to move around for the rest of the day how ever… I was reminded towards the evening that I have a landscaping project today and potentially tomorrow so that bite as far as doing that…

Hopefully I can get it done all today it’s not tomorrow the latest and then start after that…

I will call the quarantine project see Howe much in shape I can get by the end of June…

Start out first with majority cardio and controlled eating some weights but not majority and then after 3 weeks start with more weight the spooky cardio is a major part of it…

This report in change is also a part of my accountability
 
I would usually be alternating body parts either up and down or back to front so like chest alternated with quads workouts or leg workouts or chest and back…but light back…emphasis on chest as the msine purpose of the gym time…But I would only do those in supersets where possible. So if i do a cable exerckise on chest and I’ll turn around after the chest flies and do back workouts as a superset. If i am doing chest on my selectorized Delmar unit that has leg extension I will do the leg extension with the various chest option on the Delmar

I have also done the back and biceps chest and triceps

Ok so like two days later…

So apparently I forgotten to change the type of photos that my phone took because they’re not compatible with the site so the photos that I took for that workout…

I was unable to upload cuz they were not the right format so anyway on that day my buddy and I did pull ups what are the three sets of pull-ups more like 20 each set as a warm-up it was a life back say and I use my bandage usual because I did not do pull-ups for ever so starting all over with that…

We did pull ups on that…then we went to a standalone send that turns to a phone incline and then we put out chest towards the back part ended dumbbell rows both arms at the same time

Then we went over to the Smith machine ended wide lat pull-downs then close-grip pull-downs back to back all these exercises we just three sets

Santa Claus out while he was doing alternating at work doing the crunches on a crunch machine and the Machine I was doing stomach crunches on my flight plant and that was that workout for the day before yesterday…

Yesterday I was planning to work out however because it was going to rain so badly the next few days I have to prep some soil for all my seedlings so that I’ll have some containers ready to plant while I’m stuck inside and cannot plant outside
