Okay so today was light chest workout I only did flat bench types only along with a few other things in between

So on the flat fan I did six sets two of each weight so I started out with 15 then I went down to 12 then I went down to 6 reps

In between that I did 64 stomach crunches on the bench…

Then I just lay there after I was done with all those i pulled myself further towards the speakers you see and did like pull-ups but laying on the bench and I pretty much just pulled my upper half up towards the bar and I did 25 reps…4 sets… so it’s kind of activating my back more my upper towards my trap area in the back there my down upper back…

Then I went over to the Delmar you see there and I did single arm presses flat bench and then double back to back and superset with leg extension.

So I did 25 reps left 25 reps right 25 reps double than 25 reps leg rxtendions that was the first set

then the second set was 20 …and then the third set was 15 …and then the fourth set was 12

And that was it since I’m just starting back in I’m taking it lightly a little bit of the time I’m trying to get my mind all around that again I’m looking forward to what the results of tattoo look like towards the end of June
 
Nice…i may switch out a couple or clean out another area…i know i will hear it from my buddy that owns the building…

Do you know he have been saying that 10 years! Even my buddy thats using it now who used to live with me when i was starting it with a few machines…reminded me he said that…he was living with me when he was 23 he is now 35 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

I always say look around! Because of me it will take you a whole day to clear out the section i am I’m versus a week where i have not used yet! So i am making it waay easier AND very functional for when the apt finally gets started

So on friday i did shoulders

2 sets of 25
2 sets of 20
2 sets of 15
2 sets of 10

2 sets of 20 with the 20lbs super set with 2 sets of 25 reps alternating curls

With the same 20s i dropped down to 2 sets of 15 reps and super set those with 2 sets of 25 reps alternating curls

With the 25lbs i did…4 sets of 12 reps and super set with 4 sets of 20 reps of alternation arm curls

That ended that short shoulder work out…45.minutes…

Something is better than nothing…so i finished that at 1 am…then till 3 am i was planting seeds 😐😑😐😑😐😑😐

Um NOO not that type of seed gutter mind 🤨😑🤨😂😂😂

Nice, I always enjoy shoulders… what seeds are they? Right now I’m my house I got 50 solo cups with seeds we planted, to transfer to outdoor garden, not to mention, I got a few kinds of lily and sunflowers growing indoors almost year for my wife.
 
these are various vines…moon flower vine…different types of morning glories…some other pretty interesting plants and then i got a few thousand seedlings to pot 😅
 
I have forgotten about tiger lillies those blooms are awesome! That remind me of toad lilies I used to have those and I completely forgotten about… Now i have to go find some 😂😂😂

All those trays u see on the fencing shelves i made are trayes of seedings …50 counts…100 counts 200 counts…and in the back yard i have shelves on the walls and 4 8 shelf units with seedling trays.

This is just ONE hobby/business…some i will give away…some for clients and some for around the the place and some i may do a darden sale

I am far from board on this Corona lockdown so I’m not losing my mind is like most other people because they don’t know or have anything else that they do or interest to explore

I am losing my mind because I got myself into many things to do and don’t know where to start in watch the Finish. 😅😅

So on saturday my buddy came over for a quick back.

We did standing bent over dumbell rows 4 sets of 20…i stuck with the 50 lbs

Then we did 4 sets of 15 pull ups

Then we did 4 sets of lat pull overs…i did 2 sets of 20 reps @ 100 lbs on the cable…then 120 lbs for 1 set of 15 and 130 lbs for 1 set of 15

Then i did 4 sets of 64 crunches…

So that was saturday…

Tonight lots of rain…water all parts of my basement…have my high powered fan going. Just my smith machine is in a lil water so was one of my subs…so things are quite distracting down there right now. send goodness my other buddies didn’t decide to show up I guess it was raining too hard anyway so who wants to come out in flash flood warning 😆😆
 
Obviously my wife loves the flowers year round, and the garden is fun and productive, we do our own, strawberry jam, pickles and sauce from the garden, but when I was a kid I fucking HATED helping my parents in the garden, and I’ll be damned if it’s not one of my favorite things to do now, besides kill animals.
 
Nice. Its relaxing and fun. And in times like these skills like that is great to have. I am looking into how to dehydrate stuff and store and make jerkeys…as well as invest in a nice dehydrator soon. The fun just never stops! 😂😂😂😂
