Okay so today was light chest workout I only did flat bench types only along with a few other things in between
So on the flat fan I did six sets two of each weight so I started out with 15 then I went down to 12 then I went down to 6 reps
In between that I did 64 stomach crunches on the bench…
Then I just lay there after I was done with all those i pulled myself further towards the speakers you see and did like pull-ups but laying on the bench and I pretty much just pulled my upper half up towards the bar and I did 25 reps…4 sets… so it’s kind of activating my back more my upper towards my trap area in the back there my down upper back…
Then I went over to the Delmar you see there and I did single arm presses flat bench and then double back to back and superset with leg extension.

So I did 25 reps left 25 reps right 25 reps double than 25 reps leg rxtendions that was the first set
then the second set was 20 …and then the third set was 15 …and then the fourth set was 12
And that was it since I’m just starting back in I’m taking it lightly a little bit of the time I’m trying to get my mind all around that again I’m looking forward to what the results of tattoo look like towards the end of June
