I torn my Labrum playing a tournament and I had to get my mental health in check after that bc it really messed with me . Physically , mentally and emotionally. Fast forward to now and things have been getting better . My shoulder is about 75 % but the only way to get it 100% better is to start doing light work or get surgery and I can’t afford to be off work for 12 weeks post surgery
So now I think this yr is the time to get back after it . My dr says I need to start exercising again anyways
