HCG / HMG for Fertility in Males Bodybuilding-Update

Update on my protocol this time around for getting the sperm back. I opted not use proviron as doc prescribed but stated it may prolong the treatment. All frozen sperm had failed. 2 frozen embryos failed.

Last time with treatments took several years. The low dose treatment of HCG last time failed and we had to go on to clomid and other meds.

This time doc prescribed a more aggressive approach based on a study we provided for her to read.

Successful treatment of anabolic steroid-induced azoospermia with human chorionic gonadotropin and human menopausal gonadotropin - PubMed

Steroid-induced azoospermia that is persistent after cessation of steroid use can be treated successfully with hCG and hMG.

4 weeks

HCG 10,000iu 2 times a week (20,000iu weekly) (occasional 3 times)
HmG daily.

2 weeks off (unintentionally due to running out, doc on vacation etc for refill of prescription) during this time dealing with staph infection and meds on that.

Doc prescribed for 6 more weeks.

2 weeks into the 6 weeks and sperm back to levels where it was at before for IVF.

Will continue thru 6 weeks and then go into a maintenance phase. After successful pregnancy will continue HCG into all cycles at 500iu 3 times a week.

HCG at 350iu x3 weekly has been part of my protocol for a few years and we just celebrated a 1 yr old’s birthday.

Have you guys had success with HCG and maybe clomid. HMG if HCG isn’t working.

I didn’t really want to have kids but now I’m thinking I do in maybe 2-3 years now that I’m in a good place in my life.

I’ve been sterile my whole life but the one time I may have made a kid I was using hcg.

Clomid worked last time for us. But man the side effects were killer. Felt like hell the entire time. Last time HCG alone didnt work but I dont remember the dosage. Thats how we started before switching to clomid.

If not for this study I wouldnt have tried HCG again. My abs are so damn sensitive to injections right now but I dont feel as bad as I did when doing clomid and other things.

Keep in mind this was after being told in US by docs that I wouldnt have kids due to my steroid use and after 20 years of cycles.

I was on test eq hcg proviron now I’ve been told kids not mine but I still have suspicions. It’s long story

I take HCG already with my TRT. My doctor says it’s easier to regain fertility using it with TRT but I’m not sure if that’s actually true and I haven’t looked it up.

I mostly use it because for whatever reason I no longer have good libido just on Testosterone anymore. Idk if it’s because of blasting such androgenic compounds like tren but that’s my theory. HCG improves my libido along with TRT.

But I hope I don’t need Clomid if I need to regain fertility. I ran it for PCT once and it made me really emotional.

I went back on test after 3 months off everything and my sex drive didn’t kick in. 4 days ago I added HCG and a little deca and I’m horny as hell now! Progesterone derivatives have always made me horny. This is my first time using HCG since 1995. Great stuff!!

Have you had your sperm checked you maybe fertile right now. Not everybody loses fertility on cycles unless it’s ment. But hcg keeps the balls producing so you might be fine as is

I missed a day of injecting so the last two days I injected 100 of ment each day and I took 6.5 aromisin today just text chick I was hard as rock at gym.

Enclomiphone has far less sides than clomid and is just as effective.

Personally I would try HMG and HCG first.
