This is a complete vacation. I have not gone to the gym once. I had several nagging injuries that have bothered me the last 2 or 3 months. Shoulder, back and a pulled groin I keep aggravating. So I am just eating. Drinking. And taking it easy. I will start back at training in a week. Just feels good not to do anything. Except be on a vacation…
