Hello From the UK and Ireland

Hello Good members. Although I have been here for a while I have failed to introduce myself so please accept my apologies.

I spend my time between the UK and Ireland with a month or two each year in Thailand.

I’ve been training since I became a fat teenager in the early 1990’s. I started taking part in discussion forums in the late 90’s. Mainly Muscletalk, MesoRx, EliteFitness and Ghostgym.

I was never really any good at Bodybuilding but I have a great interest in chemical enhancement and how to improve oneself both physically and mentally using the safest means possible.

I can’t stress enough the importance of frequent bloodwork and logging your blood pressure and pulse on a daily basis. Write everything down, from what you’re eating, supplements you’re taking and enhancement protocols. Be honest with yourself. If something you are doing is having a negative effect then question is it worth it.

Unfortunately I did not do this and I took seriously ill with heart problems 12 years ago. The fact I am still alive and very active is a miracle.

I hope I can use some of my own knowledge and experiences to help the good members here reach their goals whilst remaining healthy.

Regards, Celtic_Warrior

Hey!

What do you do in Thailand if you don’t mind me asking? I go there for Muay Thai camp at Tiger Muay Thai in Phuket.

I’m in Italy, so we might be the only two in Europe?

Hello Andrew, I visit family. My wife is Thai. I turn into a complete Irish drunk when I am there but the odd sober day I drag my ass to the Muscle Factory in Bangkok. They have just opened a brand new Muscle Factory in Pattaya so that will be my excuse to go there for a few days 😀

Welcome to the board my friend. I’m in the U.S. but according to the DNA ancestry test I took last year I’m about 60% British and 20% Irish. I’ll be vacationing in both starting next Thursday. I can’t wait to see where my ancestors originated from. Any suggestions for a must try beer while I’m in Ireland?
