Hgh calculator? Trying to figure out stuff

This is the way that I enjoy running hgh others like to use much higher doses but it actually depends upon your goals from using it and use it for 6 months minimum but I would recommend using it for no less than a year to really get what you are trying to achieve.

For youth and weight loss
1-2iu mon-fri then take weekends off it will help with side effects

For bodybuilding depending upon your experience weight and goals
4-10iu a day but you will should inj it through the day If you were to do mourning, night and or pwo you wont experience such bad side effects so spreading it out a bit won’t hurt. Just remember when you dose is an important part of using hgh.

That would be quantity 8iu vials or 10iu vials usually and then they will equal the 100iu kit or the 80iu kit at 10 vials per kit

I was going to start mine at 4iu a day split in morning and night, I read that im has a better absorption rate than subq? But the subq actually promotes for better igf1 numbers?
 
I would definitely go subq on gh but that’s an opinion im not sure if there’s any new research about using it IM.
When you start you should definitely take your first inj before bed because it can get you a little loopy when you first start so just to guage how it effects you I reccomend a night shot first and then do a split 2iu mourning 2iu night.
 
Bac water is definitely needed and when reconstituting the product you have to do it a certain way the molecule is very gentle so you can’t shake it drop it or just let the bac water just spray into it you will have a vacuum seal on the gh if it doesn’t have a vacuum seal that’s not a good sign.
I would take a 10iu vial and put 1cc or ml into it that way .1 on a slin pin is 1iu I believe that this is the easiest way to reconstitute hgh.
 
My shoulder was feeling fine yesterday, military presses were going so good, weight felt light, then boom, out of no where reinjured.
 
F*ck that sucks I hate the shit that lingers the most. You really need to take time off and really let it heal up maybe get a mri and see what’s really going on in there

I’m making a doc appt, not sure it’s it’s in the shoulder or I have a weak point, because it was a different muscle now around the shoulder in my upper chest that tore.

Not sure if my muscles around my shoulder are overcompensating for a larger issue which is putting strain on them that normally isn’t there.
 
Yeah definitely get checked out you could be having a cortisol buildup also happening from the bodies reaction which doesn’t help either.
