I cannot stress this enough… this is a VERY personal game. I know guys running 50iu of GH a day with no major sides. I ran 6 for a bit and couldn’t keep RHR down and i feel like my hands and feet grew some more.
I think you'd be fine around 5iu where you will feel some benefit but also sides. At 10iu I felt great. Sides on hands only lasted for awhile for me and I got used to it. I wanted to go higher but couldn't justify the cost of it. I'm off now but when I do get back on I'll float around 2-4 I think.
My fat loss combination came from test c, mast e, hgh, semaglutide, several cups of strong black coffee and diet. Pair that with super sets with no rest or rest between rounds is 60 seconds on tmill at ~3mph…
The super sets are only for the auxiliary movements not the main movement.
I also swiped a trick from Stan Efferding and walk several x a day at work after meals/snacks. I can’t walk the recommended 20 minutes because of “at work” but I can get in a good brisk 10 minute walk 2-3 x a day along with 50 steps down/up stairs.
This has helped me lose ~10ish lbs of fat for a “thing” I have planned in a couple weeks.
I’m not on any high gram doses. Just long term sustainable stuff that works for me. I have abs most of the day and veins everywhere. Strength is climbing. I still fill out my shirts in all the right places and the waist in my pants is noticeably loose.
As @Neuro stated. This is extremely individual and has taken me years to hone with my peculiar health considerations.

I was told 2iu 4-6 months is a good place to start. I’m not trying to get as big as I can. I’m mostly into combat sports although I do like to add a bit more muscle for my own personal preference. The sports is just a hobby.

GH is definitely something long term to see benefits especially at a low level. I would forget about it for muscle at 2iu but that's good maybe if you wanted to get benefits of recovery and repair and typically for older people needed in my opinion. You might be better off with peptides or other things. Without a clear cut goal and what other peds you're on its hard to say.
Same here. I take it upon waking while fasted, and after my morning/early afternoon workout. When I take HGH in the evening I tend to get energized and don't fall asleep.
