I have finally joined here after my friend JohnJuanb1 recommended this forum. I have posted on many forums over the years. I love bodybuilding but I don’t compete and just do it for fun and because I love training and experimenting. I am 6ft 2 and around 265 (lean) but growing at the moment. I look forward to hearing from everyone and I hope I can be a valuable member of the forum.
