High Glycemic Carbs after workout

Fact or fiction?

If you use them, what do you use or suggest for someone who goes to the gym at 4:30am? I don’t see myself eating rice at 6:30. I’ve read to use maltodextrin but I feel like the recommended dose 80-100 grams would be like half the container. Thoughts anyone?

This is kinda crazy but its a powder carbohydrate I say just eat brother real food

Yeah definitely beans maybe it doesn’t have to be rice day in and day out you gotta switch up your diet instead of supplementing with something like that powder
 
I don’t mind eating real food. It’s just at 6:30am, my options are a bit limited so I figured there could be something (food or powder) to add to my post workout shake

This is it Viking Mass Gaining Shake 500 ml of whole milk 1 cup of oatmeal 2 scoops of whey 2 tbs of almond butter 1 banana Calories: 1,006 Protein: 84 Pussies Need Not Apply Shake 1 can of tuna and 1 can of your favorite soda Blend together and down that bitch. 3 a day will give an extra 100 g of protein Wanna Get Ripped? Carb window 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. After 2 p.m. NO carbs of any kind This should only be done for about 4 weeks. 200 lb male should stay around 100 g of Carbs.
 
I’ve read somewhere that bagels etc are as good if not better than waxey maze.

Heck at the time in am… a bagel before and after wouldn’t hurt. They’re portable and delicious.
 
I know its crazy and its legit dude did drink it but you can figure something out to put together for you probably something with eggs maybe
