High Glycemic Carbs after workout

Peanut butter filled Pretzel nuggets is a choice for rotation. I use them around training.
 
Surely you jest. Haribo is enjoyed world wide. I’ve never even seen or heard of albanese gummies?
 
Haha get a small pack at the store next time you go. They are actually soft and enjoyable. Not hard and read to pull your teeth out lie haribo. I grew up eating haribo, dads obsessed with haribo. Once I tried albanese, I’ll never go back. I too eat some pwo everyday.

I’ll give them a try. I’m a gummy connoisseur. Or a gummy junkie. The only reason I think I donate blood anymore is for the free welch’s jelly snacks

I remember diet coke right before was the magic trick to increase insulin or something I don’t believe it worked lol

The pixe sticks right after sounds like a much better plan than before
 
So im a complete idiot and just caught the actual title and now understand why you’re trying to find a high carb.

Its pop tarts for me whenever I get high or hyper glycemic on cycle or after training
