When bulking what percentage of fat range do you stay? And if you say clean bulk that’s not answering my question. What percentage from experience lifters not no articles or science stuff…Thank you
I understand bulk, but what is your ultimate goal? Bodybuilding or powerlifting? If bodybuilding I would keep BF 12-14%. Powerlifting is eat what you can! . Clean food for the most part but calorie/macro counting isn’t the same. Also. This is my opinion.
Oh I’m still 3 weeks away from light pressing if it feels ok about 2 months from flat bench going to try and time start of cycle with about 2 weeks of getting back I’m under the bar
I am starting to notice a difference in my elbow now that I increased the dose. I actually ordered more. I read someone that was using the dose I am currently on but they were doing twice per day in the site of the shoulder and it helped their shoulder.

I can be wrong but I hate the idea of gaining fat while bulking coming from someone who knows how hard it is to get fat off I can gain weight/ muscle / fat. Easily but it’s so hard to get rid of fat especially the older you get unless your John while not just eat a surplus enough increase muscle without fat then you don’t have to get it off. What I think people mistake for bulk and cut is professional BB ers contest ready vs normal
