Did you know that dbol is a direct (unlike most steroids) testosterone derivative and that it’s main purpose when it was incepted was to serve as TRT? Dbol is perfectly safe and effective at a dosage of 5-10mg per day for most patients.

Now, all that said, I agree with Poppy that hopping on the sauce right from the outset is a bad idea. This is a lifestyle not a scenic tour. You wanna be lifting and into it for quite awhile before making that jump.

finally, if you need TRT to optimize your hormones, there are plenty of wellness clinics around that can manage TRT. I would start there.
 
Dbol will convert to estrogen but I would still do test first. Many people who do dbol only cycle lose a lot of gains then a again they Probably have no clue of pcts and other things. But for people scared of needles that’s the e go to
 
So is equipoise and TBOL if I’m not mistaken. I thought the data showed none of the above aromatized at an effective rate for stand alone use. As always, I could be wrong.
 
Dbol does but again it’s not recommended. As I’ve stated most bodybuilders in early days used dbol as base not cause they knew about estrogen or anything but it worked. Funny how bro science usually ends up being justified
 
I am 25 years old. I work out 3 times a week with bench and push day. A pull day with curls and other pull excursive. I do both on the 3rd day. I skateboard and do cardio 3 times a week. I eat 2300 calories a day on the days I don’t do cardio. I do 2500 to 2800 at 5foot 7 and 130.
 
Eat more for multiple years your still. Young make sure you get enough protein don’t go dirty with calories. Make sure your workouts are intense enough to make gains I wouldn’t touch anything till atleast 28
 
Even though you called my friend an asshole. I guess my “friend” bought into the hype of steroids. You are right I need to keep progressing.

I believe you’re at a good point to pack on some muscle… I agree with @Dirtnasty… eat more (clean) while maintaining your intensity will yield the results you seek.

I’m going to be honest… if that’s your training I don’t think PEDs are going to be for you. Maybe get your test levels checked and see what they are.

If you’re looking to put in size you need to eat A LOT more. Like double you’re current cals.

Start tracking macros instead of cals, and that will give you a tighter control over your intake.

I think you are quite a ways away from being ready for AAS. read up. Use the magnifying glass. Read read read.
 
To put it into perspective. I’m an old man with diabetes and trying to be not chubby… your caloric intake is about what mine is. Your metabolism is way up there… mine is not.
 
I will throw an alternative option out for you, I dont think anyone here would see an objection to this.

Look into Mk 677. Oral “peptide” that boosts your igf levels, non steroidal.

I had a lifelong friend who thought he wanted to dabble in my lifestyle but wasnt sure. I steered him twds Mk 677. It was the boost he needed and hes been using it on/off a few years and happy with his extra 10lbs in the time (hes been in the gym for several years) and the boost to his lifts. Actually understands what a real pump is now.

I think it would be a great addition while you start to build your frame and grow your experience with diet and training. It will kick up your appetite, add 5-10lbs of water to your frame (think of it as creatine that actually delivers on the promised results) which will help you push more weight and improve recovery time.
