I got a medical procedure tomorrow and my bp is a little high

Sorry wasnt coming down had to try something ive been out since last July and haven’t worked since November I do construction and its go time and when I got there my bp was still 170/97 on there machine ao I barely made the cut

I think you need to work getting that in check As a lot of stuff can be bad and you make old age bp isn’t really one of them

Stress I think had a huge big money making job coming up 7-12s for 8 weeks and I couldn’t hardly walk or stand wasnt seeing any improvement from physical therapy chiropractors or orthopedic doc finally got that shot in my back and can stand up and walk again hope it lasts

I only took a half of 1 im prescribed 1 twice a day im dialed back in im sure it was just the thought of a needle in the causing anxiety personal opinion

I had to get a spinal tap once. I was freaked the fuck out but whatever they done caused me to have an acid trip. Like in another dimension type trip. So it ended up being pretty great.
