i so sooo many do it…

drink…

while doing a cycle…now i have always been curious cus i know that drinking especially how i saw some drinking…is not good while on a cycle…it cant possibly be recommended…

but is it allowable?

and how much…

and what type of alcoholic beverages are pretty safe to have in moderations…

and whats considered moderation…

see…even before i had to take test…when i was dieting to loose weight it said one of the worst thing u can do in that process is to drink…

needless to say i didnt…and now that i am on test…i refuse…though i REALY crave a drink on some days i just need one!!..but i tough it out and look at all the stuff i have collecting dust ans aging!

so…do you drink? if yes…what? and how often?

It’s allowed lol anything is allowed but If you care about your health you won’t. Already enough stress on liver. A few beers here and there would be fine but nothing crazy like getting smashed several days a week.
 
cool i figured a softer safer might be beer i wasnt sure…i am not a beer drinker so i figure the best beer i would drink is Chill or a Corona if i would then.

once a month seem cool and maybe a few on the low cal end of things. i used to do crown and regular coke a while back…then i got into capt and cokes for a lil bit…then i was turnt on to jack and coke lol! eh it all tastr good 🤣🤣
 
In the past year I have a drink every so often. But 1-2 or max before bed when home watching TV or something. My days of getting drunk are over but I will enjoy a glass of whiskey here and there. Just not daily and never in excess where I’m drunk.
 
Well personally i am what is called a recovering addict- alcoholic…so for me as total abstinence, but not only that, i consider myself an athlete, if i was not what i am and what i do for a living i would be competing bbuilding at whatever level a could get…i love competition. I consider drinking beneath me.
