A little background here. Ive been going thru some serious stomach problems making it hard to train at times and diet accordingly. @PHD knows its been crazy trying to go days and figure out what was causing it. Doctors never know shit. Meds were terrible and rarely worked. Finally figured it out the cause of it all was onions. Doing more research on particular this, I guess many others have the same issue with them. @Fitraver I know you said you had some issues as well. May want to try a variation on diet to pinpoint the cause.
I first started cutting foods out of my diet and seeing the response I had. Then got to the point that I would have some good days and some bad. To be certain I had to go three days with the exact same meals and then went to a baseline (strictly ground beef and kidney beans) and started adding 1 ingredient per day. It feels good to know what I need to avoid completely and know what I can do to increase my cals without the worry of bloating and stomach pains.
