I watched this documentary the other day and if you haven’t watched it yet get to it. I thought it was going to be your normal docu about how the Russians use steroids to cheat blah blah blah. Every Athlete is taking something my old sports coach use to tell us when he started us on a protocol of steroids that we weren’t cheating. It’s only cheating if you get caught. So don’t get caught. I always loved that saying but man the Russians really got caught.
I don’t want to spoil the movie for anyone but this is a definite must see. I can tell you a little about it because they didn’t include this in the movie but the gear they were running was a mouth wash it was swished in the mouth for a minute and would be sublingual administration. The duchess cocktail as its called was test base, tren base, winny.
I really reccomend watching this because you will be amazed at how deep and how much they had to do to make this work. It absolutely amazed me. Also don’t get turned off by the first half hour the movie was supposed to be about something else then all of a sudden while filming this stupid doping experiment this huge news breaks
