Wanted to create a topic about who to watch.

Adam Young is up and coming. We have a history and he is a serious competitor. He is a personal trainer at Armbrust PRO Gym. You might know that name from the home gym of former Mr. Olympia Phil Heath. Adam is a Marine, generous with his time and has a great sense of humor.

He’s in his late 20’s and no longer on active duty. He has been BB’ing for about 6 years.

Perfect age. Big heavyweight or a 212? I’ve noticed a lot of guys at heavy go 212. Like I had to kill myself to be 225 because I was afraid of being a “smaller” Superheavy.

Yep…and they look better and can get in the mix sooner. Smart. I think its gonna be classic adding a few pounds to the limit and like 212 going to 220. Just like when the was Franco and Arnold. A short or light Olympia and the few 250 plus freaks in the open but a posedown at the end. Of course their is a bit of discrepancy in stated weight but 212 is too small. At 240 250 you can be diced. But 220 or 225 limit would leave only the big ramys in the open . might even be healthier? Especially if they do it at every pro show.

There’s no true old school bbers around anymore. This artistic endeavor will never be more than that. Underground and misunderstood…a few will make a career of it. Just like very few artists make a career that others approve of. Just give me my canvas and a way to express myself…I. Have heard this from writers, painters, rappers …bbing in its true form is an artistic endeavor. I’m sure this will resonate with very few but it always has.
