I’m not sure I’ll ever be fully sober as I like psys but the booze is getting less appealing as I age

Definitely not the wife’s decision or influence. Easy way to say it, and I’m speaking for myself, was a reset of my spiritual life and rededication to Jesus, my Lord and savior.

still drink 2-5 cups of strong black coffee a day.

I was up to a bucket or so of bean every day. Cut it back to half a pot now. Actually get to sleep at a decent hour too… lol

Not abusing them anymore either. I’ve been on trt
since 2000. It’s not a want, it’s a medical need at this point
