I’m Starting Glutathione (GSH)

I will say this:

@NeuroRN puts out a bunch of info on this site…about aas and otherwise to include general health, well being and longevity. More often than not he is right.

I think what slips some people’s minds is we do have healthcare PROFESSIONALS on here. The fact that they’re on here shows that they haven’t been brainwashed into the mainstream medical community of “take two of these and call me in the morning “.

I think it’s every holiday, if you inquire with them tell them you’re from UGM and they should come be a sponsor

After the discussion on the other thread. I figured I would update this.

I’ve been pinning 100mg 3-5 x a week. At least 3… 4 or 5 when I’m not being a forgetful lazy azz.

I’ve literally only changed two things in my routine in the last couple of months.

Switched to belt squats instead of regular/front squats And started glutathione.

To say the least, I’ve been feeling great. Very little “old man aches and pains”. I still hit the belt squats with extreme fervor. I really didn’t think about it until you started asking about it.

It works just like the aches n pains coming, it’s a slow creep…but they did mostly go away. My labs in another month or so will tell the rest of the story.

One word of caution… it has made my upper body extremely hairy, front and back…oh wait. Never mind.

Much appreciated bro. I’m definitely going to jump on this particular band wagon. I’ve been hearing about this stuff for a while and I’ve really not heard anything negative. As for the built in wool sweater, I’ll manage. My hair is already retreating like the French Army, from my head to my back and shoulders. I’ll take hairy and healthy. Thanks again poppy

I’ve been running Glutathione off and on at 100mg/ED for a few months. During that period my AST and ALT dropped precipitously from their prior levels. Can’t prove that it was the Glutathione, but it certainly seems to have helped. I have not experienced, at least not directly, any of the other putative benefits, but available research is really glowing about the cellular difference Glutathione makes, so I’m continuing to run it.

I switched to belt squat only 3 weeks ago. Im following matt wennings hypertrophy manual, he plans you to workout 3 days on 1 off, repeat. However, due to college right now im working out only 3 days per week. I like it so far it feels good to back off the barbell for awhile.

My sentiments exactly. Squats were my favorite for decades but having that bar on my back lost a little luster.

School come first young man! Plenty of time for other stuff later.

If I win anything from the big competition it’s going to a belt squat machine and the rest to send my wife to the Philippines. Rogue has an awesome belt squat machine. I cannot do normal squats anymore not even with light weight. But with a belt squat machine I can hammer through reps of 300 plus no problem. Something about when I reset at the top of the squat affects my hip everytime. Dead’s are fine and so are good mornings. But squats no go. Can’t wait for it. Unfortunately no gyms around here have a belt squat machine.

Did anyone else notice that this stuff says keep refrigerated? I’ve been using it since June and just noticed that it says to.
