I am assuming the unopened wipe and massage is if you get some blood, or is that with each injection? What is your protocol for a bleeder?

Once in a while you nick a vein. You pull the pin out and blood comes out I take a prep hold it over the puncture and press and hold. It stops pretty quick. I have a bleeder once in 20 or so times. It’s not not that common. After a couple seconds of pressure it stops. When you inject. Once you have completed the injection. Wait a second, then rapidly remove the needle. Usually keeps the bleeding to a minimum.

I have had it squirt out on the mirror , and when you get some tren in the old heart and you feel it big down for a minute that’s why we need proper injection protocols

1. I think @Dirtnasty is talking about a different type of squirter. Just based off historical context.
2. I have had this happen once, 25ga 1in in the thigh. Scared the shit outta me. Left a good bruise but was fine once I put a little pressure on it.

Wow. I’ve never had one. I’ve had bad leakers. But never squirt. Not even in a quad. But I kinda look at surface veins and go, not there.

Both and my first injrmect squirted. 23 gauge 1 inch.

Maybe that’s it. I just started 1” needles about 6 months ago. Always used 1.5” needles

I would say 1 1/2. That’s my go to yup pulled out and looked like a water gun squirt all over the mirror. First time it was on the bedroom carpet try explaining that to the wifey honey my nose started bleeding lol then again in bathroom hasn’t happened in a long time I chalk it up to experience don’t know what causes the squirt but there is an “oh shit “ factor when it happens

Good reminder and definitely enjoyed the rest of the conversation. When out of individual alcohol wipes in packets I always had thought 70% was adequate (though I’m rarely out of the individual wipes). Good to know to be sure it is at least 90% ideally if you need to use a bottle.

I just noticed the wipes I have from CVS are 70%. Do you go somewhere else to get 90%?

… I plead the 5th. I don’t know what the ones from work are. I’ll have to look. I just use whatever is leftover in my pockets after work. And add to my stash every week.
