Have been at this hard. Blasting/Cruising for some time now. Caloric Intake super high. Diet is what one would say is more than suitable for healthy weight gain. I Use the DoggCrapp philosophy in my training cycles for pennies the original article. I feel great but not yet fully ready to accept my permanent weight is gonna be 185. Fellows I have been honest and hittting this hard. No slacking. Just want to break 200 and not with a gallon of beer in my belly…

Tried and tested guarantee to work. Sadly it works so good that sometimes it creeps on when not trying to put on weight speaking and f 281 roadway. I’ve found my sweet spot. May drop 5-10 more before met run. But will be slow loss

Yes sir. Legs are favorite day. Am waiting for knee makoplasty. Had stem cells, 3 or 4 prp injections. Have a great doc. If get effusion I walk into his office and he drains me… I don’t break 300 on free bar squaring. Not a half but not a full squat. I do hacks presses ext curls etc etc. work as hard as I can. I’m 58 and been hitting it hard since I was crawling, military broke me. But I’m coming back.

The important thing is not general caloric intake but caloric intake vs total energy expenditure.

I really hate to say this, but it’s true. In order to hit 200 your going to have to put on a little fat. It’s the nature of the beast. Staying as lean as you are and making gains is next to impossible or the gains you will make will be minimal.

If 200 is your goal then increase your cals. Keep increasing. Keep increasing until your start to see the scales tip.

Yep don’t have to dirty bulk but there will always be a little bit aloof fat gained with muscle. If you could build quality muscle being super lean hb would stay much closer to contest shape than they do yet round. 12% is r higher seems to be a n optimal range but everybody is different

Have been like close to 8000 cal a day, All I do is make huge terds. The ones that clog every toilet was eating like powerlifters. Genetics may prove to be against me but I’m trying. I’ll say I broke 200 with Abombs A mix of Tren. Very Very bad juju. Not condoning my conduct there —- never thought I could be that strong or large. But that shit ain’t right and not healthy or permanent. Also Halo —- I’m not a fan of Halo, Anadrol orTren. Maybe my age or just chemistry. I listed the good size and strength. The bad sides so outweigh the pros man. I’ll never speak of them at least in a positive manner.

What I’m here to capture is a little history or experience. You know —- I stated my desire to gain weight now someone chimes in, I was at a plateau just like you and I did this to gain positive weight.

Think you’re right on the fat. I would love to put some fat on just a nice layer. How is this done?

8000 cals? That’s a lot. What’s your job? How much are you moving around? Cardio? Other exercise? You make have the only metabolism higher than johns that’s I’ve ever heard of.

You will hear a lot of diet tips and tricks. Fasting, keto, etc. it all comes down to cals in vs cals out. If you want to gain weight you HAVE to take in more cals than you burn.

What compounds are you running?

Some compounds make it hard to put on weight on the scale. Tren for example, I really think it speeds up the metabolism crazy and that’s why you get night sweats.

I can eat junk all day and not get fat on tren.

I’m 280 and 8000 calories a day would putt about 4 pounds of witchy on me a week so I’m not sure you are actually eating that much unless you do distance running or awimming

Gotcha. I’m just a retired old dude. I hit the gym daily sometimes twice. Try to get cardio daily like an hour is cool. I watch my three year old granddaughter which is the highlight of my life. Lately been working on sea walls. Heavy heavy did I mention heavy lifting. I tried that high cal diet for over a month. Didn’t dig it —— to much time spent eating, prepping food etc. other than totally being bloated feeling all the time all that resulted was big number twos… I ain’t blowing smoke either my wife will second that only with the caveat —— it was accompanied by heinous gas.

I also want o add not calling you a liar but if you can’t put on weight eating 8000 calories you need to see doctor cause there is def a medical issue

No bro it was prepped counted. Much was via the Vitamix industrial blende. You may be right on some days I just couldn’t stop to eat. It’s time consuming. As well as prep then planning drive to grocery store. Dude I’m liquidating some rental properties. Also need a good long cruise I’m just off a long blast cycle 17 weeks. When I blast again I’ll post a fb page or whatever for private viewing—-if I can figure it out because this shit here is kicking my ass. But I’ll put a quick daily clip of what I’m eating and a pic of my narly feet on the scale. My cycles are long but I’ll try to keep up as long as I can, say 10 wk min. I’ll say with a high degree of confidence 7 lbs will be about it

I see one and he’s cool as fuck. I tell him everything I do IRT gear, my entire health. He gets many of my labs for me so that’s a positive. But you can call me a liar. No skin off my nose dude because my first rule in life:
Code:
To thine own self be true. This can be stretched a small bit but not much with the advent of social media when it comes to fishing and the stories told regarding aforementioned.
I’ll post a page with a daily snapshot, video. It will be the real deal because I do want to be large and in charge…
