Yeah phelps had a 2k calorie estimated window… I believe it was maybe 7-9k or something like that…maybe 6-8k. Who knows.
 
He did 8-10 depending needs I’ll believe 8000 with him as swimming is a lot of calories and his metabolism was probably super fast then. Cause liking back I think some days I probably ate that many wasy with doing no cardio haha.
 
We yeah especially bot usually having a lot of food at home when I had ability to eat from buffet style I took it. One Thursday we did night before game meal at OG for never ending pasta bowl o took down 13
 
I’m hanging at 195. Weighing like I was in high school back in the 70s wrestling (chronic). Back then I was dieting to stay 165 and weighing every time I turned around. Weighed in just after I posted this a few days ago. So 16 weeks resulted in like 4.5 or 5 pounds gained. I should be embarrassed but I’m happier than a pig in slop.
Brother I was wondering that about these powders. I use three powders right now. Simply pea, one is whey grass feed 3rd being hemp. all expensive.
One thing I’m gonna do better is log all cals in and out via work out. Ain’t been. Doing that just the pharmacy side which I keep a great detailed account including lot numbers exact times even break down otc supplements. All you Guys log daily routines and it makes complete sense.

You’re using SUPPLEMENTS as primary nutrition. I believe this may be part of the problem. The majority of your macros, especially protein, should come from real Whole Foods. Use protein powders and bars as supplementation to your diet.
 
If you’re 195 now then 200 should come relatively easy.

I agree with @NeuroRN… Whole Foods are always the best. Powders/supplements are supposed to just fill the holes.
 
@munn1983 I got really sick and missed this catching up today hit me back let me know how everything is im curious brother.
