I do a clockwork rotation on my glutes and delts. Gives everything a 2 week break. And I’ve had too many people advise against the quads, and of course I’ve seen/read horror stories about quad injections. But I also run long esters so I have an iron clad twice a week schedule. I might feel differently doing an EOD or ED ester cycle. Which might happen cause I have a couple vials of tren ace kicking around. Maybe next year right before beach and surfing season.
