Here’s a good cycle couple cycles from my coach I’m currently not in prep just focusing on stayin in shape 248 lbs squatting 600lbs bench press 450 675 deadlift

18 weeks out thru 10 weeks

750mg/ wk test E

500G EQ PER WEEK

200MG TREN E OR ACE PER WEEK, can do 66mg mon weds fri

Arimidex .5mg daily or EOD if you aren’t prone to issues

Changed to (10 weeks out)

750mg sust/wk or test cyp (125mg 6days)

75MG TREN ACE PRE WORKOUT DAILY, . We time this now daily pre workout so we get no bad training days, timing gear pre workout, esp orals and tren will make sure no matter how low cals are you kill the workout, this is very important the entire prep

75mg Mast ED pre workout with the tren

50 mg winny tabs ED starting 8 weeks out pre workout always take pre workout

50mg proviron per week pre training

Arimidex .5mg ED
