Introducing myself - long time lurker

Greetings everyone,

Well, I thought it was about time I introduced myself as I’ve been lurking here for a while.

Not a whole lot to tell; like most of you I’ve been body building and working out for years. I started training consistently when I was 12 and here I am 20 years later doing the same thing! I tend to lean more towards bodybuilding, but I do incorporate a lot of powerlifting movements into my routines.

My 2021 goal is to get down to 8% body-fat within the next few months. I’ve got my dieting and training in order and have been seeing a lot of results. Ideally, I’d like to compete, but I’ve never had a coach, nor do I know if I have the genetics for the sport. Long story short; my goal is to be within striking distance of “stage ready,” and maybe compete at some point in the near future.

Right now, I’m on doctor supervised TRT. The last few years I’ve had to learn how to keep cholesterol and hematocrit/red blood cell count in check. Health markers are super important, same with routine blood work!

Thanks man! Yeah, it wasn’t always that way though. Took a bit of trial and error but I got things dialed in over the years. Been on TRT for about 6 years now.
 
Welcome genetics or not anybody am an compete. I plan to do a show at some point and I’m a fat ass
