Hey guys, new here and to any forum for that matter. I’ve been consistently lifting for the past 10 years with breaks here and there. Blessed with abnormal genetics so I am able to put on muscle at insane rates and have very little body fat. Never run a cycle but just had my last kid and have been patiently waiting to my late 20s/30s to start. Any tips/advice specifically on my first cycle are welcomed! I have dedication in the gym and kitchen so I’m ready to take it up a notch. Covid kicked my butt as I had no weights at home but I’m back in the gym at 4:30am each day slamming it. I’m 29, 155lbs and ready to learn from you guys so I can grow to be an absolute monster.
