Hey guys new here. 26 6’2 275 working has slowed down a tad during the quartine but kicking it back up with my new equipment I jus bought. Trying to get back under 250 then hopefully down some more once I crush that goal. Trying to learn more and widen my horizon and gain as much knowledge as possible about dieting lifting and everything in between. nice to meet yall
 
Welcome we are in the same boat. Waiting for gym to reopen to start my next cut currently 265 if u can get to 250 and add some muscle mass will be happy want yo actually be 260 by end of year
 
Muscle wise and strength I’m fairly content. Not totally but mainly I’m trying lose weight and get more definition in my body. Going start with dieting again and going hard again. This quartine I think was actually good for me.i was at a standstill for a wile and the break I got was my fuel for my motivation now
 
Not really. I’ll have to start. Fasted cardio would you say do cardio in morning as soon as you wake up roughly before you eat anything. I been doing cardio in morning but usually after I eat something.
 
Yeah your best bet is hit cardio before you eat or drink and then afterwards break your fast you will get results faster. Atleast for me it works well I like to use a small amount of ephedrine hcl asprin and 81mg aspirin which is an eca stack.
Just make sure that its hcl and not sulfate.
 
Yea I’ll have to give that a try. I kinda like that already. Make sense.
Ive seen a few guys talk about that in some of the discussions I was reading. I haven’t used any of that yet. I wanted to get more informative of it since I’m starting to crack down on everything
