I can’t complain sir. Finally over the Covid for the second time. I was just about to start my cycle back up and covid hit me. Still getting migraines from it. Hopefully they don’t last too long. It killed my appetite for a couple of weeks. Especially with no smell or taste. I’ve been smashing some food the past few days though. I thing hot wings last night got my smell back today. Can’t wait to get back in the gym and get my cycle started back up. This year has been one thing after another. Thanks for asking @Poppy . How’s everything going for you sir?
These Covid migraines have been rough. I’ve never felt pain in my head and face like this before. They ease up and then hit me hard. I don’t usually take pain medication at all but ibuprofen has been a dear friend the past couple of weeks. Glad all is well with you sir. I’ve been getting on and just reading mostly. You and @JLee have done pretty awesome with your cycles. I’m ready for bulking season which like @John is every season for myself.
Hahaha you youngsters and your bulking! I do not remember your age but as you get older your metabolism will slow down. I’m at the point where I could pack on 20 pounds overnight it seems… 50 pounds in less than a year. Hahaha it wouldn’t be pretty. Usually get very strong but health will go south along with my bf%.
36 until this coming April. I’ve been told by many I’m going to hate it when my metabolism slows down. Everyone is always telling me I’m going to get fat with the way I eat. I’ve never been over 15% body fat. Which I graduated high school at 5’ 11" and 125 pounds. I laugh at how skinny I was when I look back at old pictures.
Yes sir. Everyone says when your metabolism slows down or when you stop working out you’ll get fat. My metabolism may slow down but I’ll never stop training.
Yes sir. Which is something I’m pretty good with at this point. When I first started I didn’t have a clue. I thought I was eating huge until I actually started tracking my macros. I owe @John a big thanks there. When I first came aboard tracking my macros was one of the big things everyone ask me about. That’s when I really started gaining momentum packing on more muscle.
